I would just format my data into a table and tab which adds rows with all the formatting. Then I have the advantage of using slicers

Ok: the grid thing I didn’t know. All the time wasted changing the background color. Also, how many weeks of scrolling I have wasted by not knowing the back to top keeping the selection shortcut. Thank you.
