As a 13 year old growing up in post war Bosnia I would wake up an hour early so I could listen to her CD that I got from NATO soldiers in my town. For 2000s New Year’s Eve party I had my first kiss dancing with a boy to her song. Right now as a 38 year old I’m sitting in a t shirt with her picture on it in the middle of Norway 😂😂😂.People can’t even imagine how big Britney was and how much she shaped lives of millennials all around the world.

I feel so lucky to have witnessed all of Britney’s glory in real time. I was in middle/high school when she rose to fame and no one else can compete with her iconic status. She is legendary!

The impact of the performance especially hearing the song for the first time. The look, the choreo. It’s just beyond anything ever. They just can’t use her anymore.

UGH '99-'04 Britney was a TIME. She was IT for those five years. And can't forget to mention "Blackout." That album is a no skip pop masterpiece. Signed an '89 Millenial who Grew up on Brit Brit.

That first performance with NSYNC... I recorded it and watched it at least 500 times. It was absolutely captivating. NSYNC was fantastic, too.
