This sounds like a half assed way of dressing low patient satisfaction scores. How about actually increasing nursing staff ratios? How about actually hiring enough people to do the work?

Why don’t you show your face on the units? Both day and nights? Ask staff how they would like appreciation. Make sure breaks are given with coverage! Provide resource staff to do non nursing tasks.
