You can freeze the pipe also with nitrogen and replace them real quick then charge 600$$$ for the nitrogen lol

Cheaper to slap a supply tube on and loop it .....then you don’t have to run to the truck or have to leave ...supply tune hot i cold together temp

I try not to drain all the water if I can help it...or shut off all the way..allow it to drain a couple floors below .....a big high rise should have plenty iso valve on each floor
