I have that same brand but a cup. Girl, I couldn’t get it out the first use either I started panicking. Had to wake my husband up. He helped, with no issue might I add! 🥰 easier to remove squatting!

I have been using a diva cup for years but it's still unpredictable. I have a tilted cervix... but I won't go back! cramps are non existent! liners are your best friend when starting!

Use a cup, girl! I’ve been a cup user for yeeeeaarrrrssss. Tried a disc recently just to compare. It was far messier 😬. It does take practice. But it’s so worth it!!

I use the diva cup, weird at first but easy to insert,then to take out you like have to “push” to help get it out. Lol I panicked the first time thought it was stuck forever 😂 just ✨girly✨ things. 🤍

I have the cup, and have contemplating the disc. It does take a while to get used to and sometimes it’s hard to get out. I will say with cup my cramps are a lot lighter. Not so angry.

I used a cup (before I had an IUD - now I don’t bleed enough to need anything) and the first time or two was so awkward/challenging but ISTG once you get the hang of it YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK

Ive been using menstrual cups for years and have collected quite a few trying to find my perfect one. I have also bought a few discs and it took me forever to get up the nerve to use one.

Noooooo theres a brand that has a silicone string and applicator! It’s used like a tampon and makes insertion so much easier, then u just pull the silicone part to get it out
