I had this done in my back and they hit a nerve and I almost fell off the table. Now I have a terrible fear of needles 😅

This freaks me out, cuz one time my mom came back from an appt & they left the needle in her 😭 (admittedly she didn’t feel it cuz it’s not painful, but that’s still scary & unprofessional)

I went to a physio with back pain and found I felt a lot better. After, I asked what they did and they said dry needling. I didnt even know it was being done and it really helped
