God I hate “hot-desking”…. Just give me a place to site where I have all my stuff and I can concentrate. I book the same desk every day 6 weeks in advance anyway.

It's about choice and flexibility, nothing against those who prefer the office, it's fine but I prefer hybrid. Some days I want to meet up f2f, others, I don't want to commute and rather exercise.
