@tiwariyoga: I recently visited Hampton Court Palace Gardens which is looked after by the charity @Historic Royal Palaces and felt like I had been transported into this soothing beautiful haven. So many plants and trees, I felt so peaceful there. The details⬇️ Here’s my top 9 habits: 1. Breathing techniques in inspiring spaces can feel even more relaxing, changing your environment has a huge impact 2. Getting outside and into nature as well as exploring something new. 3. Trusting your instincts because your gut never lies 4. Self belief through things like affirmations and journaling always helps me feel more confident in my life decisions and in who I am 5. Releasing the need to always be right. The ego wants you to be top dog but calmness comes in letting go. 6. Quit comparison, it really steals so much joy and the longer you’re comparing yourself to someone else the more time away from you focussing on yourself 7. Visualise your future self living the life you want is such a powerful, science backed technique and also so fun to do 8. Connect with yourself on a deeper level by finding moments of stillness. Put your phone away and see if you can just be with yourself 9.
