Realistically though you can contact the court and ask for help putting your rent in escrow which means the landlord doesn’t get rent until he fixes the mold problem.

my mom used to have us clean the mold with gloves and a mask. She had us use bleach but there’s probably something better. Just try and find where the mold is coming from or where it’s bad

Leasing agent here! Speak with a manager not a leasing agent. We literally have no say in any of that. Also read your lease on what is the mold policy is so they don’t hit you with a “per your lease”
