3 mins and your water won't even be boiled. you mean 3, 6 etc once the water is at boiling point

Add eggs to boiling water for 2mins then turn off heat and leave in pan covered for 6 mins for runny or another minute longer for soft and so on

Use a teaspoon to peel eggs. Shell comes off easily.
