I’ve tried magnesium pills and melatonin. I’ve even taken Benadryl just to go to sleep. I’m usually tossing and turning for hours before I can eventually fall asleep. I’ll have to give them a try.

I am going through the change at the age of 42 due to treatments for Cervical Cancer but I am glad I am done with the treatments and bow am most likely am Cancer free!💪🩵🤍 I might try this!
