The amazon return policy is the only reason I purchase from them. Almost everything I return is either received damaged because of poor packaging or the item is poorly made and breaks after first use.

yes, they used to give me my money back immediately, as soon as it was scanned when I brought it to UPS. now they make me wait 3 weeks and I have to keep calling. I hate it.

In the last week I’ve tried to return two items only to be told that I have to pay for return shipping and they will reimburse my shipping fees up to $3.99!! I live in Hawaii!

Nothing comes in 2 days anymore. If I can’t do Amazon returns for free anymore I will just go buy in the store and buy a lot less on Amazon. Simple

Amazon prime keeps become less and less worth it. We’ve had it for about 12 years, and we’re considering cancelling for the first time. Walmart premium or whatever it’s called is a better value.

That’s end of Amazon! The only thing that keeps us shopping is comfort of buying something new ( when bored) and trying and return if we didn’t like it.

This would for sure change shop for clothes and shoes specifically. I normally buy the same thing in a couple of sizes and return what doesn't fit. Won't do that if there's a chance at no refund 😕

Yes, I will be shopping more at brick and morter. We've already received a 'partial refund' where they refunded it minus a fee.
