No I have no pictures or videos of my birth because they were so understaffed and honestly weren’t very nice so I didn’t feel comfortable setting it up in a corner and it made me cry for months

I’ve seen a lot of people do one big basket with multiples of things! Like same amount of alanis, popcorn, candies etc!!! I think it’s such a sweet idea🥹🩵

Either two big ones (one for L&D and one for postpartum) or four smaller ones (to differentiate night & day shifts for the two departments)

Absolutely a playlist!! This was so unintentional for my first! We were in labor a long time and when it got really stressful I told my husband I just wanted some background noise/music.

I would either do 2 separate baskets (1 for day shift and 1 for night) or just do one big basket with multiples of everything so you can give it to the nurses station❤️Lip balm, alanis, snacks!

I listened to only the folklore & evermore albums on repeat during birth and all of those songs are sooo chill and peaceful to give birth too, even the nurses commented on how perfect they were 😂
