It's a battle and when I depended on this intervention when my partner needed it I dealt with it. As a mental health nurse I had more knowledge than the nurses who were inadequate.

my friend has to call rapid response if anything goes wrong with her catheter , and the district nurses come and change it every 3 months .

I work in retail and get a lot of customers saying they discharged so and so and no medication. Or no notice nd relative coming home and they didn’t know. So bad. People waiting months for results?

I had to wear a catheter for a few weeks, district nurse never provided separate catheters for day and night, so caught infection. A&E had to sort out asap going forward after chasing district nurse.
