CRISPY CHICKEN CREAMY GARLIC PASTA 🍝  This was unreal and so easy to make! It’s high in protein and perfect for a delicious dinner. Save for later☝🏼 •546 kcals per portion •45g PRO, 49g CHO, 21g FAT Serves 1: -100g of uncooked chicken breast -Salt/pepper -1 egg, whisked -10g of panko breadcrumbs mixed with 1 tsp of garlic granules & 1 tsp of paprika -Oil spray -50g of uncooked pasta of choice -1/2 chicken stock cube -2 cloves of garlic, minced -1/2 onion, diced -10g of garlic & herb butter -50ml of single cream -2 tbsp of Parmesan -Fresh parsley, finely chopped Method: 1. Mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic granules, and paprika together. Beat down the chicken breasts. Whisk the egg. Dip the chicken into the egg, shake off excess liquid then coat in the breadcrumbs. Spray with oil and air fry at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until browned and crispy.  2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Spray a pan with oil and fry the onion and garlic until softened. Then, add in the garlic butter and fry for another few minutes.  3. Cook and boil pasta with the stock cube for 8-10 minutes until al dente. 4. Pour in the cream and stir. Then add the pasta along with some pasta water (let it fall into the pan). Season with salt and pepper.  5. Let this simmer until the sauce reduces and add more pasta water as you go if needed. Add some parsley and grate in 1 tbsp of parmesan. 6. Slice the chicken into strips and serve with the pasta. Top with the rest of the parmesan and more parsley.
