@carina.wolff: summer dessert 🤝🏻 fall dessert RECIPE (serves 2-4) -2 apples, sliced (I used honeycrisp) -1 tbsp olive oil -1/3 cup pure maple syrup -1 tbsp corn starch -1 tsp cinnamon - Vanilla ice cream - Flake salt Preheat oven to 350 F. Add apple slices to a baking dish, and toss with olive oil, maple syrup, corn starch, and cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes, mixing every 15 minutes, until apples are soft and golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately top with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Top with more maple syrup and flake salt, if desired
