SAME! I didn’t realize until now. I used to never have to cut my nails for the same reason. Now I gotta do it every couple of weeks.

YES!!!! This is so me!! It’s such a bizarre feeling after biting my nails since I was (basically) born! (Legit they could see in the ultrasound b4 I was born that I had my fingers in my mouth👀)

I just started 3 weeks ago (44yo) and suddenly 90% of my “generalized anxiety disorder” is gone. Poof! Almost like I never had it to begin with, and my anxiety was related to SOMETHING ELSE!

I’m a nail bitter. The only time I don’t bit my nails is when I get them done (you simply can’t chew them and if you try, it’s very unsatisfying)
