I always tell people that they need to see kpop live before they judge (I know...prices 😬). when I was lucky to see BTS live in London I absolutely had my brain blown. it's a full on SHOW.

a lot of western critics see the word "train(ing/ee)" and interpret that as "manufactured" but rarely credit it as "discipline." any performance artist or even athlete will train to hone their craft

I was confused by their take on the number of albums and just found out Wikipedia doesn't list mini-albums in the discography? At least not for BTS and SKZ. (western artists go YEARS between albums)
