My wife has already worked over 300 hours of OT this year and it’s only September. This would be insane. Her Saturday OT is time and a half and Sundays are double time😳

Flat rate tech here. That doesn’t really help us, and only at 40 hours a week I get taxed wayyyy too much 😂

You won’t have to pay taxes on it,because all overtime hours will be PTO hrs,page 592,project 2025, plus owner can work you 55 hours one week&25 the next & not have to pay OT,read the fine print
