got a 2017 6.7. it started what i call a rough start. it starts and runs fine just dont start smooth all the time kinda makes a rough noise sometimes

I have a question regarding an aftermarket S&B air intake on a 23 super duty. Can dust coming in to the turbo bend 4 out of 11 of the compressor fins inward towards the exhaust side?
