my skin was so happy when I took gluten dairy and eggs out for a year omg. my stomach was happy too lol now I just keep eggs out bc it was so hard 😭 gotta pull out my gua sha tool again

I used to get cystic acne the same way until I started taking spironolactone and bc. This is really interesting though! Glad you found something that works. Facetheory has some cool products
