Unfortunately, in most elder abuse cases, unless the elder is unable to speak for themselves, the elder needs to report the abuse themselves. OP needs to talk to the grandparents.

I’m confused why they got the main room to begin with. It’s the grandparents home & they were allowing others to stay with them, so the extra people should’ve gotten the other room..

This is 100% elder abuse & I suggest still reporting it even if they’ve moved out. Creating a paper trail is vital for & to protect the grandparents.
