I use my credit card each month and pay it in full by the due date and don't use it again until after the statement date, does that mean my utilization will be reported as 0%?

I got most of my CCs down to 79% and then the day after the last one reported, one card lowered my limit so much that now it's at 98% utilization. it's like they saw all the balances go down ... 😩

So it’s better for credit score to pay them all down to a lower % than to pay off one card at a time? I was always told to pay them off from smallest to largest but this makes sense
