@illustrationsbyanniee: I think it’s time Disney helps us deal with the feelings they make us feel when they start unaliving beloved characters.. Mufasa, Ellie in Up, Bing Bong.. you can’t just destroy us emotionally and then just pretend we’re gonna move on thanks to an upbeat musical number.. 🫠 So I had the idea that Inside Out 3 would be a PERFECT opportunity for Disney/Pixar to help children, and adults, try to cope with a very serious emotion that many of us have to live with. Riley loses a parent right before her graduation, an important time in her life but also a time where she is “old enough” on screen to go through something traumatic. I’m so aware that maybe 10 people will probably read my little short version of script/story that I believe would benefit many.. but I had to get it out there. I feel pretty strongly about this since I went through it myself as a child.. with zero help or direction.
