I accidentally knocked the emergency cord in a shop. No one came so went and told someone and staff member was like “oh that’s what noise was” I sent a very angry message to there head office

My son is disabled. His pram is his wheelchair. He's not easy nor is it safe somtimes for him to be removed from his pram and go back in when out. (P1)

the only reason my work keeps the adult changing table room locked is because people who didn't need it just used it to hang around in so now it's actually available for people when they do need it

the changing places toilet at my local hospital had the cord CUT at the ceiling, the changing bed was broken, the hoist had no emergency stop cord & the height adjustable sink wasn't plugged in...
