Full recipe here: 5 carrots (I like a lot so totally use less if you like) 4 celery sticks 1 whole yellow onion 3 tbs olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbs minced garlic (or 4 cloves) 2 containers of broth (either veggie or chicken) 1/2 tbs dried oregano 2 bay leaves Fresh thyme - if you don’t have fresh herbs, dried is perfectly fine :) you can also just use Italian seasoning 3 cups of egg noodles if not adding chicken- 1.5 cups if adding chicken, and 1.5 cups of chicken I get a rotisserie chicken and just shred it! #yummy #DinnerIdeas #dinner #EasyRecipe
What this really taught me was if I just want buttered noodles for dinner if I use egg noodles it’s got the protein source that I’m not eating by skipping sides 😂
