when you are doing a parasite cleanse, do coffee enemas. I have literally seen energy orbs in the toilet in pictures/videos after I've done these. it is crazy!

Stay away from Deli meats ! Consume fruits and veggies as much as you can. Cleanses are hard and take a huge toll on our body’s cleansing should not be taken lightly
