I was never allowed to call in, or use my kids as an excuse! or what I was told. I worked till I gave birth with my second kid, I called in that day. lol it's wild BS. I never said a thing.

I saw a tiktok of a German woman saying they get 6 weeks of paid sick time. and if you have a Dr note they cannot punish you for any amount of time off. America we need to do better for our people.
