Pumpkin seed oil literally saved my hair too. I use it with rosemary essential oil on my scalp x2 a week and my hair stopped shedding and grew back my hair.

Me too girl bc of weight loss, but it’s coming back on its own it’s annoying but better than not but I wish I had taken more supplements sooner. I think sometimes it just stops as it sheds in cycles

Telogen effluvium is a cycle. The pumpkin oil will help when the hair starts to grow again. No magic pill or oil.

I have tried pumpkin seed oil and it didn’t help 🥺 two years of shedding. It is growing and I see new growth but shedding is not stopping

I used to eat a lot of pumpkin seeds! My nails have never been so strong as when I was eating them! I can definitely see how this would work for hair as well!
