Thankful for the guidance on #mindfuleating and what works for my body on mindfull.so  What did I limit / eliminate from my diet to see a HUGE decrease in inflammation - especially in my stomach and face 😳 Let’s break it down.  I follow 80/20 eating so that means most of the time I limit the stuff that doesn’t feel great and the other 20 percent because my baseline is high and my gut strong, I have flexibility. I think getting to that point is crucial.  Here is what I completely eliminated: - red meat (I never ate this tbh but I think it’s important to note) - gluten - dairy  (In doing this learned I was both gluten and dairy intolerant)  Here is what I limit:  - processed sugar (this doesn’t apply to natural like honey!) - packaged foods - processed foods - simple carbohydrates (stripped) - saturated fats  - alcohol  - caffeine  - fried foods - seed oils  - artificial sweeteners  Everyone is different which is the foundation of our work at @mindfull.so so discovering what works and doesn’t for your own biodiversity is extremely important. That said, many of these things are inflammatory and harmful to the gut across the board, so if you’re not certain we encourage you to be #feelgoodcurious and see what it may improve or change.
