When you say you were on the patch what patch? Estradiol? I’m asking because I’m on it and having the same result I think.

I think all HRT is not a total fix It just HELPS. you ain't gonna get a total fix I dont think. I still have bad ish days and great days but no where near as bad as when I wasn't on HRT

The progesterone orally made me feel terrible but if you insert it at night it’s a game changer . I also use patches

I went thru this. Finally go by my symptoms. I use estrogen suppositories. I can feel when I need them and when I don’t. I can tell when I need progesterone (days 15-28) of cycle and when I don’t.

While HRT doesn’t work for everyone, I had to wait until I was period free for a year , I’m now on the patch & have a coil my nasty symptoms subsided & It was definitely the best thing I did. 🥰🥰

Wait, it was the estrogen patch (not progesterone) that made your hair fall out? Or was it a combination patch? Thanks for sharing.

Hope you manage. If it’s any consolation I am so so much better since my periods have stopped. I don’t have the massive highs and lows and rage that I had from age 14-50
