@lennardy: Crispy delicious prawn or shrimp toast, don't know if this is a Chinese or Korean recipe, but this is so good either way Recipe: 10 large shrimps 2-3 stalks of green onion 1 egg white 3 tablespoons cornstarch ½ tablespoon cooking rice wine ½ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste - Either smash and mince the prawns, or blend them to get them really smooth - fold in the rest of the ingredients - press in between slices of white bread - deep fry at 160C till golden brown and the orange paste is cooked - for a healthier alternative, brush the bread with some melted butter and air fry/convection bake at 160C for 12-15 mins till crispy and cooked through #shrimptoast #prawntoast #seafoodrecipe #koreanfood #chinesefood
