in kenya not only will they wear a hat,add a romper,then add a duvet and the baby co sleeps with parents and all is ok

Not my Caribbean mother you have to keep the baby’s head covered up especially during those stages .. so to each its own all my children have worn at hat they are 8,5 & 2 lol

I think it’s different for all babies. My baby boy doesn’t wear one because he is super hot already. I usually keep him in a diaper and swaddled up and he loves it.
