For the past 2.5 years we have been working with an amazing team of conservation warriors in South Africa’s Eastern Cape to bring awareness and financial support to critically endangered black rhinos. We partnered with @Kariega Game Reserve and Global Conservation Force and with YOUR HELP we have raised nearly a quarter million dollars which has helped with the acquisition of re-wilded landscapes, dropping and raising miles of perimeter fencing, building infrastructure, training dozens of anti-poaching unit rangers who are now defending the front lines of wild places. Beyond this support, Save the Horns has also been instrumental in successfully translocating several threatened species including cheetahs, lions, African elephants and ultimately the MASSIVE success of placing 25 critically endangered black rhinos in a highly protected reserve. Save the Horns has been one of the most meaningful conservation projects Brave Wilderness had the pleasure of being a part of and everyday the fight continues.
