![Baked Qeema Nan Ingredients for Naan: 1/2 cup maida 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 tsp yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 TBSP oil Ingredients for Keema: 2 lb ground beef/chicken 3 tomatos 2 TBSP oil 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp black pepper corns 4 cloves 4 green cardamom 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric/haldi 2 tbsp hará masala 1 cup fried onion 1 cup peas 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp oil Directions for making Keema: - [ ] Add some oil to a pan and add cumin, peppercorns, cloves and cardamom along with the chopped tomatoes - [ ] Cook the tomatoes until soft and tender. Add the ground beef along with the rest of the spices. - [ ] Cook on medium heat until the Keema is well cooked. This will take about 12-15minutes. - [ ] Add the fried onions and peas, cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes. - [ ] Garnish with cilantro, green chilies and some lemon.
