I’ve gotta say…even once finally pregnant, other people’s announcements still hurt initially especially if you know they didn’t struggle like you had to 😩 (still happy for them it’s just trauma!)

100% understand your thoughts. We are happy watching our friends have babies, but it hurts watching them have all this happiness and we keep suffering loss after loss. We want to experience their joy.

My friend announced her pregnancy at Friendsgiving to a group of 15 of us. She and another woman took me aside after and asked me if I was okay given my infertility. It was so kind of them 🥹
