I had a hydrocephalus puppy. broke my heart. all he did was cry and go in circles. he was also deaf. and I think he was going blind. he was in so much pain I had to put him down.

this hits right to my heart because I myself have hydrocephalus and to anybody that doesn't know what hydrocephalus is it's filled up the fluid in the head for humans and animals
