Refusing to give supers info is an obvious tactic they are taught. This frustrates citizens so the cop can get them for disorderly conduct

I'm sorry officer, once the cuffs goes on to a citizen they are under custodial arrest! The officer has to remove restraining devices from the citizen to release. that is custodial arrest!

Cops will never admit they have ever done anything wrong. It could be on video, plain as day and they would deny it was them. The way they are taught to lie is ridiculous. But they love it.
