The problem with this is the fat doesn’t ‘stick’ well. Fat transfer needs to have the fat cells linked in (hard to explain).

i got implants almost a year ago and if I could’ve done the transfer I would’ve done it. if you don’t have enough fat it won’t be a big diff. plus I think like 50% of the fat doesn’t make it & dies

I got it done, I’m 7 months post op and it’s all gone I’m back to how they were prior. I did it for the same exact reason as you, BII is real and I didn’t want to risk it.

It’s been a thing for a while but it’s not popular. A few factors to consider; the fat might migrate. Fat might die and leave lumps of dead fat. Loosing/gaining weight can impact the results etc..

My friend did it and more fat absorbed on one side than the other so they were uneven. Needed to pay for another surgery to fix.

I have had it done, removed my implants and did a fat transfer, if you’re planning on loosing weight do it beforehand as mine went away with weight loss
