this happened to me several years ago and it was bright enough that everyone's skin was hot and almost made xray like flash and the power company didn't have a clue. the time was missing 7 mins

I witnessed this infront of my father. its a plasma ball phenomena that alters time and space in an instant. he told me all time stopped as it stopped infront of his face.
