it's a strategy to trick yourself into enjoying the workout and thus getting more out of the workout. I lift weights while watching my favorite TV shows/movies and it doesn't even feel like working out. that guy shouldn't be drinking Starbucks but hey to each their own

I have dual monitor setup on my stationary bike and i spend 2-3 hours a day cycling while work from home since 2019. Am I doing anything wrong? 😅

I am playing phone while doing cardio on treadmill . Time will fly fast. Otherwise, the cardio will be tedious and can’t last longer than 5 minutes lol

I have seen that almost everywhere…. 🤷🏻♂️actually as I can not longer run, I walk and watch movies in my iPad…. - and drink some water from time to time

Lots of people use treadmill to do intervals or use it as a warm up. It’s certainly a thing in London .

its quite common in gym everywhere. taking selfie, doing dumbbell curl with one hand while watching kdrama on mobile with the other hand. i have seen them all.
