I get them in my inner thigh for me what’s been helping is African black soap, African sponge and natural shea butter daily and then once a week I do a clay mask and treat it how I would cystic acne

I don’t get nauseous…. But I do get severely lightheaded when mine pop…. Even fainted once… think it was from the pain! Thank you for sharing! You’re not alone! We got this!

Girl that looks so painful. I get so sick sometimes with mine. I’ve been in constant flares because I can’t get a surgeon to work on my huge tunnels that just don’t stop no matter what I do.

do you take probiotics? I started taking a multivitamin and probiotics every day and working out and my flares have gone away in the past 6 months roughly
