@deanedwardschef: Slow Cooker Series Boeuf Bourguignon (serves 4) 700g Beef cheeks cubed 1 tbsp. cornflour 250g shallots peeled 250g baby carrots 200g baby chestnut mushrooms 2 tbsp. tomato puree 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic paste 1 beef stock pot Few sprigs fresh thyme 2 bay leaves 150ml red wine Method: 1: Dust the beef cheeks in the cornflour and knock off any excess. Pop all of the ingredients into the slow cooker pot then stir to make sure everything is well combined. Place on the lid and cook on the low setting for 8 hours.
