it blows my mind how people can just not tip. our base is 20%, never less than 20%. if the server goes above and beyond it goes up from there. if we can't afford a tip we do mcdonalds.

The steak lady was aiming for a free steak from the start. I personally believe in a mandatory minimum of 15% added to the tab for sit-down service. People like me will still leave more in cash.
