I think L’Oréal (and YSL) has been around for so long and business kept going well so they stopped trying and got sloppy. Time for us to call them out on issues of shade range but also, they are still not cruelty free in 2024… compared to all the newer brands like Fenty, Hauslabs, Hourglass etc.!
