TRIANGLE BREAD WITH SPICY SHRIMP #kookmutsjes #bread #Recipe #shrimp #spicy #food #iftar #Ramadan #tiktokfood #fy #fyp DOUGH 275 ml water (warm water) 1 fish stock cube 500 gr flour (all-purpose flour) 10 gr instant yeast (dry yeast) 15 gr honey 25 ml olive oil 2 gr salt (⅓ teaspoon) VEGETABLE-CHEESE MIXTURE 50 gr red bell pepper 75 gr red onion 50 gr zucchini 100 gr grated cheese GARNISH 1 egg (m) SHRIMP MIXTURE 15 ml olive oil 500 gr shrimp (peeled) 6 gr ras el hanout (2 teaspoons) 2 gr cayenne pepper (⅔ teaspoon) 1 gr dried parsley 100 gr mayonnaise 40 gr harra harra sauce Pour the warm water into a bowl and add the fish stock cube. Mix well until the cube is completely dissolved. Let the fish stock mixture cool slightly. In a deep bowl, combine the flour, yeast, honey, olive oil, salt, and lukewarm fish stock mixture. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place in the house, or until doubled in size. Roughly chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini and place them in a food processor. Do not grind the vegetables too finely. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a bowl and add the grated cheese. Mix everything well. Divide the dough into three equal portions. Take a piece of dough and roll it out into a round shape using a rolling pin. Then, cut it into four equal pieces to make triangles. Place the dough triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with beaten egg and then spread some of the vegetable-cheese mixture over them. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. Place the dough in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake for 12-18 minutes or until the bread rolls are nicely golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time as every oven varies. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, along with the ras el hanout, cayenne pepper, and dried parsley. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through. Transfer the shrimp to a deep bowl and add the mayonnaise and harra harra sauce. Mix well. Take a bread roll and fill it with the shrimp mixture and/or other toppings. Bismillah, enjoy your meal!
