People SEVERELY underestimate how physical of a job teaching is. As long as what you're wearing is appropriate (ie isnt covered in graphic images or curse words) and you feel comfy then rock it!

You had me at HS class with all boys. I teach HS too and my last priority for outfits is fashion. Coverage and comfortable are key! I also wear tennis shoes each day!

Flattering is a HUGE trigger for me. It’s ONLY spoken to plus size people and it’s used as a way to call someone fat and feel better about it.

As a parent I don’t care what you wear even if it’s comfortable casual.. 🤷♀️as long as you teach my kiddo what he needs to learn ( as I know you would) ❤️wear a hoodie and some sweatpants..

I used to teach Art in elementary. First week, dressed in my “good”, professional clothes. Think, touchy, little 6 yr olds and poster paint. Comfort, durable and washable after that. And an apron.😊
