the DREAM: a bathroom built water tight with a drain in the middle of the floor. to clean, just mop everything including up the walls a bit, rinse it all away air duct to dry it 😎

No one ever does. I think if you go to school for design or architecture it must be a requirement to clean for one summer in a public place. I.e. a college. You will see all the flaws.
