@katy_culver: Frozen French fries. Start out by washing and cutting your potatoes into French fries. Once cut, place in an ice bath for 10 minutes. While in the ice bath, boil a large pot of water. After the 10 minutes, place your fries in the boiling water. Blanch for 3-5 minutes. After blanching, place in another ice bath for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, remove fries and place on a towel to pat dry. Once dry, place on a baking sheet to flash freeze. Place fries in a single layer and freeze for 2 hours. Once frozen, place your fries in bags. Now how to bake?? Place your frozen French fries on a baking sheet, spray with oil (I like avocado) and your preferred seasonings. Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until desired crispiness - making sure to flip every now and again.
