@chopswithdrey: Happy Heritage Day everyone!!! Here’s a Roasted potato salad, a delicious twist on a classic 🥔. I’m such a fan of the @Freddy Hirsch Legacy Sprinkle, it packs a lot of flavour especially in this salad! Ingredients - Baby potatoes - Cucumber - Red onion - Bell peppers (red and green) - Bacon fried until crisp and chopped up finely - Mayo - English mustard - Peri-peri sauce - Dill and/or chives to garnish 1. Cut the baby potatoes into halves and season with the Oom Freddy Legacy Sprinkle 2. Roast the potatoes at 180°C until cooked through and browned 3. While the potatoes are roasting, chop up the vegetables and bacon. 4. Add in the mayo, mustard, peri-peri sauce and more legacy sprinkle and mix 5. Once the potatoes have cooled down, combine with the vegetable mix 6.
